100% Polished fur felt top hat with elegantly tapered 4 inch crown. Bunting pad lining for a comfortable fit. Sizes 6 1/2` - 7 1/2` Black or Navy. Made in England. These hats are items of apparel only. They are not in any sense protective headgear.
